Hunting
From the time I started hunting at 12 years-old with my father I have hunted all over the US. From chasing white tails in North Dakota & Texas to elk hunting in Utah & Oregon. The place I loved to hunt most is right in my backyard, in Montana.
Hunting in Montana to me is like no other. This is where my love for the outdoors started and in my mind forever. From watching new born elk calves in the lush green grasses of spring, to seeing snow covered bison heading to wintering grounds. There is no better place in the world.
Hunting has always been my biggest passion in life, no matter the outcome of the hunt. Just being free in the woods with no worries. One of my favorite animals to pursue are elk. In the early days of archery season, in September. Being in the woods listening to the bulls scream at each other is enough to make any man happy.
It is not always about harvesting the biggest animals but, more the memories you make with family and friends. Hunting and living in Montana is a true blessing that I wouldn’t change for the world. It is where I call home!
